By creating an account or using CartNido (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all shop owners (“you”, “your”) who use CartNido to operate an online store.
CartNido provides a software-as-a-service platform that allows businesses to create and manage an online ordering storefront. Features include product listings, order management, customer notifications, payment slip collection, and optional custom domain support. CartNido is a platform only — we do not sell goods, process payments between you and your customers, or fulfill orders on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. CartNido reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these terms.
New accounts receive a free trial period as indicated at sign-up. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. CartNido reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You are solely responsible for your shop's content, products, pricing, order fulfilment, and all interactions with your customers. CartNido is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.
Payments from your customers (e.g. via PromptPay) go directly to you — CartNido does not collect, hold, or process these funds. The payment slip verification feature is provided as a convenience tool only; CartNido makes no guarantee of its accuracy and is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect verification results.
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection, product safety, and tax obligations.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CartNido, including product images, descriptions, and shop branding. By uploading content, you grant CartNido a limited licence to store and display it solely to operate the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The CartNido platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by CartNido and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any CartNido IP to you. You may not use the CartNido name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. CartNido is not responsible for any losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartNido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to CartNido in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we determine that your use of the Service poses a legal or reputational risk to CartNido.
Upon termination, your storefront will be taken offline and you will lose access to your account data. We may retain data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the admin panel at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
